We are looking for a skilled Mainframe Developer with hands-on experience in core mainframe technologies. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and supporting enterprise-grade applications while ensuring system reliability, performance, and scalability.

Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and enhance mainframe applications using COBOL.

- Design, code, test, and implement solutions in a mainframe environment.

- Work with DB2 databases for data management and optimization.

- Develop and maintain JCL scripts for batch processing.

- Support and troubleshoot CICS online applications.

- Utilize VSAM files for efficient data storage and retrieval.

- Perform debugging, testing, and production support activities.

- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and stakeholders to deliver quality solutions.

- Ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements :

- 2+ years of experience in Mainframe Development.

- Strong hands-on experience with COBOL, DB2 JCL, CICS, and VSAM.

- Good understanding of mainframe architecture and batch processing.

- Experience in application maintenance and production support.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills :

- Exposure to Agile development methodologies.

- Experience with version control and release management processes.

- Knowledge of banking, insurance, or enterprise business applications is a plus.
