We are looking for a highly skilled Mainframe z/OS System Programmer to join our team and drive critical infrastructure stability, performance, and upgrades.

Key Responsibilities :

- Plan & execute z/OS upgrades, maintenance, and IPL activities.

- Install, configure & support ISV products (Broadcom/CA, BMC, IBM, Rocket Software).

- Monitor system performance using RMF, SMF, Omegamon.

- Perform performance tuning, capacity planning & system optimization.

- Manage SMP/E, JES2/JES3, PARMLIB, system datasets.

- Develop automation using REXX, JCL.

- Support disaster recovery, incident management & system troubleshooting.

Core Skills Required :

- Strong experience in z/OS system programming (710 years).

- Expertise in SMP/E, JCL, TSO/ISPF.

- Hands-on with RACF/ACF2/Top Secret (security).

- Experience with DB2, IMS, VSAM, storage & scheduling tools (CA-7, TWS).

- Knowledge of TCP/IP, VTAM, system performance tuning.

Good to Have :

- Parallel Sysplex exposure.

- z/VM / Linux on Z.

- Mainframe modernization / hybrid cloud.
