Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Mainframe Developer with 4+ years of hands-on experience in Mainframe application development and support. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in IMS DB, CICS, and PacBase, along with experience in maintaining and enhancing large-scale enterprise applications.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, maintain, and support Mainframe applications.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

- Work on application enhancements, maintenance, and production support activities.

- Design and develop programs using IMS DB, CICS, and PacBase.

- Perform debugging, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis for application issues.

- Collaborate with business analysts, testing teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

- Participate in code reviews, testing, deployment, and documentation activities.

- Ensure adherence to development standards and best practices.

Required Skills :

- Strong experience in IMS DB

- Hands-on expertise in CICS

- Experience with PacBase

- Mainframe Development and Support

- COBOL and JCL knowledge

- Production Support and Incident Management

- SQL and Database Concepts

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
