Job Title: Mainframe developer

Job Location: Any location except Pune - Hybrid

Must Required Skills: Cobol, JCL, DB2, VMS

Job Description:

- 7-10 years of experience in Core Mainframe.

- Skills: COBOL, CICS, DB2, JCL, VSAM, IMS DB/DC, CICS.

- Mainframe experience with hands-on knowledge in Batch as well as online is must.

- Nice to have IMS DB/DC, Easytrieve, Assembler and Datacom.

- REXX and CLIST knowledge will be added advantage.

- Should have experience working in mainframe re-hosting/migration projects to Raincode/Microfocus platform.

- Familiarity and hands-on experience in Raincode platform to make code changes, compile, debug and unit-test batch and online.

- Should be able to perform impact analysis and understand technical design.

- Should have experience on working on Enhancement projects and fair knowledge of SDLC process.

- Perform SIT/UAT defect analysis and fix the same.

- Should be aware of Agile methodologies.

- Telecom domain knowledge is added advantage.

- Good communication skills.

- Should have ability to work independently.
