Job Requirements :

- 8 to 12 years of experience, with mainframe background.

- Hands-on development experience on COBOL, RPG-2, JCL, VSAM, DB2, CICS, and mainframe processing.

- Good if the candidate has experience in rehost modernization projects (e.g., Micro Focus, AWS Mainframe Modernization, Azure, GCP).

- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.

- Soft Skills: Strong communication, stakeholder management, and leadership.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, build, and maintain efficient COBOL code

- Ability to identify the root cause of the issues and fix it promptly.

- Capability to mentor and support junior resources
