Role : Frontend Engineer- L3/Lead

Location : Noida (WFO) / 5 days (Hybrid can be considered)

About the Role : Shape our digital ecosystem by crafting sophisticated interfaces with React.js within our MERN/MEAN stack environment. You'll transform design concepts into polished, performant frontends while collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional user experiences.

You'll build critical components across our blockchain portfolio-from payment gateways and exchange wallets to tokenization platforms, admin panels, authentication systems, and no-code tools. Success in this role demands technical excellence in coding, thoughtful code reviews, and seamless collaboration across global product teams.

What will you get to do?

- Lead the end-to-end development of scalable, high-performance frontend applications using React.js and Next.js, ensuring seamless user experiences

- Design and implement reusable component libraries and robust design systems to enable rapid, consistent development across teams

- Establish and enforce frontend best practices, including code quality, accessibility, performance optimization, and testing standards

- Drive state management and collaborate closely with backend teams to define API contracts and integrate complex data flows, including Web3 elements like blockchain data and real-time interactions

- Mentor frontend engineers and partner with product designers to translate high-fidelity designs into responsive, production-ready interfaces.

Skills & Qualifications :

- 6+ years' experience crafting exceptional front-end experiences with React.js/ Next.js across varied digital products

- Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent technical discipline; master's is plus.

- Advanced proficiency in the React.js ecosystem, including sophisticated state management patterns (Flux/Redux/Tailwind), modern toolchains, and high-performance data structures

- Deep fluency in fundamental React paradigms-component architecture, hook implementation, and lifecycle orchestration

- Refined aesthetic sensibility with the technical ability to translate design vision into polished, intuitive interfaces

- You'll thrive here if you excel in dynamic environments where you can navigate multiple priorities while maintaining technical excellence
