Key Responsibilities :
- Own end-to-end product lifecycle: conceptualization, design, development, launch, and scaling.
- Define product roadmaps by understanding user needs, business priorities, and competitive landscape.
- Collaborate with engineering, design, data, and business teams to deliver products on time with high quality.
- Drive product adoption, customer engagement, and measurable business impact through innovative features.
- Use data-driven insights to identify problems, opportunities, and validate solutions.
- Continuously track performance through metrics, customer feedback, and market research.
- Champion user-centricity while balancing business and technical constraints.
What Were Looking For :
- 3-7 years of product management experience (internet/consumer tech experience preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a bias for data-driven decisions.
- Proven ability to translate customer needs into scalable product solutions.
- Solid understanding of technology and ability to collaborate effectively with engineering/design teams.
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and prioritization skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with high ownership and drive to make an impact. Good to Have
- Exposure to AI/ML-driven products, marketplace models, or large-scale B2C platforms.
- Understanding of funnels, growth loops, and conversion optimization. - MBA/Tier-1/Tier-2 engineering background (preferred but not mandatory).
