Role Overview :

We are looking for an experienced Machine Learning Developer with strong expertise in Python and time series modeling.

The candidate should be capable of translating business requirements into scalable machine learning solutions with a focus on performance, accuracy, and reduced computational complexity.

Must-Have Skills & Competencies :

Technical Skills :

- 5+ years of overall IT experience with strong exposure to Machine Learning projects.

- Proven ability in requirement elicitation, analysis, and solution design.

- Strong foundation in statistics and analytical techniques.

- Hands-on experience using Machine Learning frameworks across multiple environments.

- Extensive experience in Time Series Forecasting and Regression techniques.

- Demonstrated expertise in implementing time seriesbased ML solutions.

- Ability to design and optimize ML algorithms with reduced computational complexity.

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Proficiency with ML and data libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, etc.

- Experience in running ML experiments, testing models, and continuously improving model performance.

Good-to-Have Skills :

- Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.

- Ability to provide effort estimation, and inputs on resource and risk planning.

- Strong hands-on experience with Unix/Linux shell scripting.

- Experience coordinating with SMEs and stakeholders, managing timelines, escalations, and status reporting.
