Key Responsibilities :

- Build and scale AI-first backend systems for real-time conversational experiences.

- Design robust production environments for GenAI applications with a focus on scalability, reliability, and performance.

- Collaborate with researchers and product managers to integrate ML models into live products.

- Improve engineering productivity through tooling and automation.

- Contribute to an on-call rotation to support live systems and resolve incidents.

What Were Looking For :

- Experience building high-performance backend services and deploying them at scale.

- Strong hands-on expertise in RESTful APIs, cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure), and CI/CD pipelines.

- Proficiency in machine learning engineering and deploying ML models to production.

- Strong understanding of production-readiness, observability, and system resilience.

- User-centric mindset and a collaborative working style.

Bonus Points For :

- Experience with TensorFlow, PyTorch, or similar deep learning frameworks.

- Familiarity with LLMs, Retrieval-Augmented Generation, or semantic search.

- Knowledge of vector databases.

- Prior startup experience or entrepreneurial exposure.
