Role Overview :

We are seeking a talented and passionate Machine Learning Engineer to join our growing team in Noida. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying machine learning models to solve complex business problems for our clients. You will collaborate closely with data scientists, software engineers, and product managers to deliver impactful solutions that drive business value. Your work will directly impact the efficiency and effectiveness of our client's operations, enabling them to make data-driven decisions and achieve their strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and implement machine learning algorithms and models using Python and relevant libraries (TensorFlow, etc.) to address specific client needs.

- Develop and deploy machine learning pipelines for data preprocessing, feature engineering, model training, and evaluation to ensure efficient and scalable solutions.

- Collaborate with data scientists to explore and analyze large datasets, identify relevant features, and build predictive models to improve business outcomes.

- Evaluate and fine-tune machine learning models to optimize performance, accuracy, and generalization capabilities for real-world applications.

- Research and implement state-of-the-art machine learning techniques, including deep learning and generative AI, to enhance our service offerings and stay ahead of the curve.

- Work with software engineers to integrate machine learning models into production systems and APIs to provide seamless and reliable access to predictive insights.

- Communicate technical findings and recommendations to stakeholders in a clear and concise manner to facilitate informed decision-making.

- Contribute to the development of best practices and standards for machine learning development and deployment to ensure high-quality and maintainable solutions.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design, develop, and deploy machine learning models using Python and related libraries such as TensorFlow.

- Proven experience in applying machine learning techniques to solve real-world problems in areas such as data science, deep learning, and generative AI.

- Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms, statistical modeling, and data analysis techniques.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.

- Ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.

- Adaptable to working in a hybrid environment based in Noida.
