Key Requirements :

- 10+ years overall experience with 45 years as an Architect

- 4+ years of experience applying statistical / ML algorithms on real-world datasets

- 4+ years as a developer building scalable & secure applications

- 2+ years of experience independently designing core product modules / complex components

- Hands-on experience in GenAI

- Strong understanding of AI algorithms, data engineering & software architecture

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Design and architect scalable, secure, and high-performance ML/AI solutions

- Build and optimize machine learning models for real-world business use cases

- Lead the design of core product modules and complex AI-driven components

- Work on GenAI-based solutions including model integration and deployment

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and business teams to translate requirements into ML architectures

- Define data pipelines, model training workflows, and deployment strategies

- Ensure performance, reliability, and scalability of ML systems in production

- Guide teams on best practices in ML engineering, model lifecycle, and AI system design

- Evaluate and improve model accuracy, efficiency, and business impact

- Support innovation in AI/ML architecture aligned with business goals
