Role Overview :

The ML & GenAI Developer will build, deploy, and optimize Machine Learning and Generative AI solutions, with a focus on LLMs, RAG pipelines, and Agentic AI components. This role is hands-on and execution-focused.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop and deploy ML and GenAI models for real-world applications.

- Build LLM-powered applications, including prompt engineering and RAG-based solutions.

- Implement Agentic workflows under guidance of the Lead/Architect.

- Prepare and process structured and unstructured datasets.

- Integrate ML/GenAI solutions with backend systems and APIs.

- Participate in model evaluation, monitoring, and optimization.

- Follow best practices in code quality, versioning, and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for end-to-end delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Strong programming skills in Python.

- Hands-on experience in Machine Learning and NLP.

- Experience working with LLMs and GenAI frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.).

- Knowledge of RAG pipelines and vector databases.

- Experience with ML libraries : PyTorch / TensorFlow / Scikit-learn.

- Basic understanding of cloud services and containerization.

- Familiarity with Git, CI/CD pipelines, and API development.
