Role Summary :

The Senior Manager - Digital Transformation will own and drive the end-to-end digital transformation agenda at LTSI. This is a high-impact leadership role responsible for defining strategy, building execution capability, managing multi-functional programs and delivering measurable digital outcomes aligned to LTSI Vision 2030.

Roles and Responsibilities :

Program and Transformation Leadership :

- Define and manage the digital transformation roadmap aligned with business priorities.

- Lead cross-functional programs across MRO, supply chain, engineering and operations.

- Drive end-to-end project delivery (planning - execution - go-live - benefits tracking).

- Set up program governance (KPIs, RAID logs, milestones, status tracking).

- Manage multiple workstreams, ensuring delivery within scope, timeline, cost and quality.

Analytics and Data Platforms :

- Manage delivery of dashboards and analytics solutions across business functions.

- Convert business needs into structured analytics projects with clear timelines and outputs.

- Ensure standardization of KPIs, reporting frameworks and data governance.

- Drive adoption of self-service reporting and data-driven decision-making.

Digital Execution and Technology Innovation :

- Execute digital projects including automation, system upgrades and data platforms.

- Ensure smooth implementation and integration of new technologies with existing systems.

- Drive execution of innovation initiatives, including POCs and scaled deployments.

Team Leadership and Talent Development :

- Lead and manage a cross-functional digital team (of 10+ professionals) to ensure timely project delivery.

- Assign tasks, monitor performance and ensure accountability across team members.

- Design and drive Individual Development Plans (IDPs), succession planning and talent retention strategies.

Stakeholder and Executive Management :

- Act as the key point of contact between business, IT and LTSI/LHT leadership teams.

- Manage stakeholder expectations, priorities and alignment across projects.

- Conduct regular program reviews, steering meetings and status reporting.

Business Development and Center of Excellence :

- Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities, leveraging data-driven insights to pitch solutions.

- Contribute to building digital and analytics capabilities within the organization.

Agile and Delivery Excellence :

- Drive adoption of Agile/Hybrid delivery models across projects.

- Ensure structured project planning, sprint tracking and timely releases.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related discipline.

- Certifications in PMP, PGMP, SAFe, or equivalent are strongly preferred.

- 12+ years of progressive experience in Program Management, Digital Transformation or IT Leadership roles.

- 4+ years in a senior leadership position with direct ownership of transformation programs and teams.

- Demonstrated experience in aviation / aerospace industry is highly preferred.

- Hands-on experience or good knowledge of analytics, AI/ML solutions delivered at production scale.
