Job Title : QA Automation Engineer Duck Creek (6 to 8 Years Experience)

Role Summary :

The QA Automation Engineer will be responsible for designing developing and executing automated test suites for Duck Creek Policy applications supporting Medium Fleet to Duck Creek transformation programs The role requires strong Duck Creek domain knowledge handson experience in automation frameworks integrated with CICD pipelines and working knowledge of PGR internal tools such as Falcon and Rater Strong understanding of Commercial Lines CL Duck Creek implementations is essential

Key Responsibilities :

Test Automation & CICD Integration :

- Design and develop automated test scripts for Duck Creek Policy applications

- Integrate automated tests into CICD pipelines to support continuous testing and early defect detection

- Execute automated regression tests and analyze results as part of release cycles

- Maintain and enhance automation suites to ensure scalability and reusability

Duck Creek & Medium Fleet Testing :

- Perform automation testing for Medium Fleet to Duck Creek migration and enhancement initiatives

- Validate Duck Creek Policy configurations manuscripts rules and transactions through automated tests

- Work closely with developers BAs and DevOps teams to ensure quality gates in CICD pipelines

- Support defect analysis rootcause identification and retesting

Tools & Frameworks :

- Create and execute API tests using Postman

- Utilize Falcon and Rater PGR internal tools for testing and validation as applicable

- Ensure automation coverage across functional regression and integration scenarios

Required Experience :

- 6- 8 years of overall QA experience with a strong focus on Automation Testing

- Handson experience building automated tests integrated with CICD pipelines

- Experience testing Duck Creek Policy applications

- Experience in Medium Fleet to Duck Creek or similar insurance transformation programs

- Strong experience working in Agile & DevOps environments
