Mandatory : SAP Sustainability experience is must.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the design and implementation of SAP Sustainability SUS functionalities in S4HANA

- Collaborate with business teams to gather requirements and define sustainability KPIs

- Configure SAP SUS modules to support environmental social and governance ESG reporting

- Ensure integration of sustainability data across relevant SAP modules

- Support data migration testing and user training activities

- Provide expert guidance on SAP Activate methodology throughout the project lifecycle

- Document functional specifications and configuration settings

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to SAP SUS functionalities

Qualification :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Environmental Science Sustainability Information Technology or related field

- 10 years of experience in SAP implementations with a focus on Sustainability SUS modules

- Minimum of 2 full lifecycle SAP S4HANA implementations

- Strong understanding of SAP Activate methodology certification preferred

- Experience with ESG reporting carbon footprint tracking and sustainability compliance

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

- Ability to work independently and in a teamoriented environment
