- Lead System Assurance : Design, implement, and execute comprehensive test plans for Workday and related applications, focusing on system enhancements, projects, and ongoing process improvements.

- Strengthen Security & Privacy : Oversee and conduct security and privacy testing, including the management of proxy access, to ensure adherence to our global standards and compliance requirements.

- Drive Continuous Improvement : Analyze trends from Level 3 support issues and user feedback to identify root causes and proactively recommend system and process enhancements.

- Resolve Complex Issues : Partner with functional and technical teams to troubleshoot and resolve intricate business-as-usual (BAU) issues, minimizing disruption to our global operations.

- Maintain Operational Excellence : Uphold and improve documentation, security protocols, and testing practices to align with our global standards.

What You'll Bring :

- Experience : At least 5+ years of experience working with Workday or a similar enterprise HCM system (e., PeopleSoft, SAP, Oracle) with a focus on security and cross-application functionality.

Technical Skills :

- Deep expertise in Workday security configuration, including Security Groups, Business Process Security, Domain Security Policies, and intersection security.

- Experience with Workday's core modules, including HCM, Reporting, and the Business Process Framework.

- Familiarity with Workday integration types such as EIB and Core Connect, with a foundational understanding of Workday Studio being a significant plus.

- Adeptness in using Workday tools like the EIB viewer, Integration log, and Security Audit reports to troubleshoot and diagnose issues.

- Problem-Solving : A keen eye for detail and the confidence to raise issues or provide insights based on your analysis.

- Communication : Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to articulate complex information clearly, both in writing and verbally.

Education & Certifications :
