We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Database Administrator with a proven track record of supporting critically important environments across multiple RDBMS technologies.

The ideal candidate will provide 360-degree support for database layers on various services, participate in international projects, and have the opportunity to influence our future technology choices.

This role requires deep technical expertise, strong problem-solving abilities, and the capacity to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide comprehensive, end-to-end support for a variety of database services on different technologies.

- Advise on and execute the day-to-day work activities for control services and audits to ensure accurate and effective control

frameworks.

- Monitor and manage system performance, performing diagnostics and tuning to optimize database efficiency.

- Participate in international projects, collaborating with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

- Maintain accurate information, policies, and procedures for control evidences and database operations.

- Contribute to the identification and resolution of complex technical and operational problems.

- Be a key player in defining and implementing process improvements, including automation and standardization.

- Take part in an on-call rotation, approximately one week per month, to support production environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Technical Expertise :

- Proven experience supporting mission-critical environments on at least two of the following RDBMS technologies :

1. Oracle (12c, 18c, 19c) : Must have strong expertise in RAC, Data Guard (ODG), RMAN, Exadata, performance, and tuning.

2. MSSQL (20142019) : Experience with database replicas and OS clustering.

3. PostgreSQL/EDB : Knowledge of pg_rman, BART, database replicas, and OS clustering.

4. MySQL : Experience with installation, administration, system replicas, performance, and tuning.

- Experience with databases in both on-premises and cloud environments, including AWS, Google Cloud, and Azure.

- Proficiency in at least three of the following languages : SQL, PL/SQL, psql, TSQL, mSQL, shell scripting, perl, powershell, and Python.

- Solid working knowledge of Linux/Unix and various Cloud Operating Systems.

- An upper intermediate level (B2) of written and spoken English is mandatory.

Education :

- A degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Physics, Statistics, Engineering, or an equivalent combination of education and professional working experience.
