LSEG - Senior Associate - IT Service Delivery

Job Summary :

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Project Manager IT Infrastructure to lead the planning, execution, and delivery of complex infrastructure projects. This role involves managing cross-functional teams, overseeing large-scale deployments, and ensuring alignment with business goals, timelines, and budgets. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in infrastructure and proven experience in managing enterprise-level projects.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end delivery of IT infrastructure projects including data center migrations, network upgrades, cloud transitions, and enterprise hardware/software rollouts

- Define project scope, goals, deliverables, and success criteria in collaboration with stakeholders

- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations

- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies, ensuring timely resolution and escalation

- Coordinate internal teams (network, systems, security, DevOps) and external vendors/partners

- Ensure compliance with IT governance, security, and regulatory standards

- Provide regular project updates to senior leadership and stakeholders

- Drive continuous improvement in project delivery processes and methodologies

- Mentor and guide junior project managers and project coordinators

Qualifications :

- Bachelors degree in information technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (Masters preferred)

- 7+ years of experience in IT project management, with at least 3 years in infrastructure projects

- Strong understanding of infrastructure domains : networking, servers, storage, virtualization, cloud (AWS/Azure), and security

- Proven experience with project management tools (Asana, JIRA, ServiceNow, etc.)

- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent certification required; ITIL certification preferred

- Experience with Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid project delivery models
