LogixHealth - SQL Developer

As a SQL Developer, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to translate complex business logic into efficient, scalable, and high-performance SQL solutions.

You will play a critical role in data processing, reporting, and optimization supporting core healthcare revenue cycle operations.

Key Responsibilities :

- SQL Development & Optimization Design, develop, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and functions.

- Optimize database performance through indexing strategies, query tuning, and execution plan analysis. Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and integrity across large datasets.

- Business Logic & Data Support Understand complex business rules related to healthcare revenue cycle operations.

- Translate business and reporting requirements into technical SQL solutions.

- Support data extraction, transformation, and reporting needs for analytics and operational teams.

- Code Quality & Best Practices Participate in peer code reviews to ensure SQL standards, performance, and maintainability.

- Provide best practice recommendations for query optimization, database design, and data handling.

- Contribute to continuous improvements in development and deployment processes.

- Collaboration & Support Collaborate with developers, analysts, and QA teams to deliver reliable data solutions.

- Support production issues, troubleshoot data discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.

- Assist in documentation of SQL logic, data definitions, and technical workflows.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience as a SQL Developer.

- Strong expertise in SQL querying, stored procedures, functions, and performance tuning.

- Experience working with large datasets and complex business logic.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Ability to work independently during US night shift hours.

- Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
