We are seeking an experienced Senior Loan IQ Developer with a strong background in Investment Banking and commercial lending platforms. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Finastra Loan IQ, strong technical capabilities across Java/.NET and Oracle databases, and a solid understanding of lending operations, production support, and enterprise application development.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, enhance, and support applications built on the Finastra Loan IQ platform.

- Develop custom solutions, interfaces, batch processes, and enhancements aligned with business requirements.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions.

- Work extensively with the Loan IQ database schema, data models, and application architecture.

- Develop and maintain integrations using Java, .NET, PL/SQL, and related technologies.

- Perform SQL development, query optimization, and database performance tuning on Oracle databases.

- Support production environments by troubleshooting application, database, and batch processing issues.

- Monitor application health, job executions, logs, and middleware components to ensure platform stability.

- Coordinate with Development, QA, Infrastructure, Production Support, and Business teams to resolve incidents and deliver enhancements.

- Participate in root cause analysis, defect resolution, release management, and deployment activities.

- Prepare technical documentation, operational reports, and support knowledge repositories.

- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, platform modernization, and process optimization.

- Participate in on-call support and shift rotations as required.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 7+ years of hands-on experience working with Finastra Loan IQ.

- Strong experience in Loan IQ development, customization, production support, or application maintenance.

- In-depth knowledge of the Loan IQ database schema and lending workflows.

- Strong understanding of Investment Banking, Commercial Lending, or Corporate Banking operations.

- Experience with Java, .NET, and PL/SQL development.

- Strong expertise in Oracle Database (12c/19c), SQL, and database performance optimization.

- Good understanding of Unix/Linux environments and batch processing.

- Experience with Mainframe-integrated environments is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with ServiceNow or other ITSM tools for incident and change management.

- Experience with file transfer mechanisms, scheduling tools, and enterprise batch operations.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
