LoadRunner Performance Testing Engineer

Experience : 8-10 Years

Location : Offshore

Job Summary :

Looking for an experienced Performance Testing Engineer with strong hands-on expertise in Micro Focus LoadRunner and scripting in C / Java / JavaScript.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design and execute performance, load, stress, and endurance tests

- Develop and enhance LoadRunner scripts (VuGen, Controller, Analysis)

- Perform correlation, parameterization, and debugging

- Analyze results to identify bottlenecks and recommend improvements

- Support testing for Web (HTTP/HTML) and Web Services (SOAP/REST) applications

Required Skills :

- 8 to 10 years in performance testing

- Strong LoadRunner scripting experience

- Good understanding of application architecture, JVM, databases, and servers

- Ability to work in an offshore delivery model

Good to Have :

- Monitoring tools (AppDynamics/Dynatrace), CI/CD (Jenkins/Azure DevOps), Cloud (AWS/Azure), domain exposure in Banking/Insurance/Healthcare.
