Role : LMS Implementation Engineer Phenom Cloud

Location : Vijayawada / Hyderabad

Experience : 2 - 5 Years

Shift Timing : 7 : 30 PM 4 : 30 AM IST

We are looking for an LMS Implementation Engineer with experience in LMS implementation, configuration, and client coordination.

Key Skills Required :

- LMS Platforms CSOD, Moodle, SAP SuccessFactors Learning, Docebo, TalentLMS

- LMS Implementation & Configuration

- Course Setup, Learning Paths, Roles & Permissions

- SCORM / xAPI / AICC Standards

- LMS Integrations with HRIS/CRM Systems

- Data Migration, Testing & Troubleshooting

- Client Coordination & Stakeholder Communication

Roles & Responsibilities :

- Implement and configure LMS platforms based on client requirements

- Configure courses, learning paths, user roles, and permissions

- Support LMS integrations and data migration activities

- Perform system testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution

- Coordinate with clients during implementation and go-live phases

- Provide post-implementation support and LMS admin guidance

- Prepare implementation and configuration documentation

Client Expectations :

- Candidates should have a consultative mindset and customer empathy

- Must have experience interacting with stakeholders/business teams

- Should understand workflows/processes and suggest improvements

- Experience in implementation/configuration activities is preferred

- Candidates with only ticket handling or basic LMS admin/support experience may not fit the role
