Experience Required : Minimum 3 Years

Shift Timing : 2 PM to 11 PM

Location : Hybrid - Bangalore

Key Responsibilities :

Design, build, and optimize LLM-powered agents and AI workflows for various business and product applications.

- Leverage LLM orchestration frameworks such as LangChain/LangGraph to develop modular and maintainable pipelines.

- Architect multi-agent systems, including routing logic, memory management, error recovery, human-in-the-loop flows, and evaluation loops

- Collaborate with software engineers, and product managers to integrate LLM agents into production systems.

- Employ prompt engineering strategies for optimal model performance, contextual understanding, and response reliability.

- Utilize software engineering best practices, including version control, testing, CI/CD, and documentation for AI systems.

- Evaluate and integrate APIs, knowledge bases, and external model providers (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Hugging Face).

- Conduct performance monitoring, error handling, and continuous improvement - of deployed agents.

- Stay up to date with the latest advancements in LLMs, agent frameworks, and AI tooling ecosystems.

Qualifications :

Required :

- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Machine Learning, AI, or a related field.

- 3+ years of experience in machine learning, AI engineering.

Soft Skills :

Hands-on experience with LLM frameworks (e.g. LangGraph, Dify) or similar orchestration platforms is preferred

- Strong programming skills in Python and familiarity with modern software development workflows (Git, Docker, etc.).
