Jr LLM developer with data and AIML experience
Required : 3 - 5 years of experience only
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior LLM (Large Language Model) Developer with strong experience in AI/ML and data handling to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will contribute to the development and optimization of LLM-based solutions, support model integration, and work with structured and unstructured data to drive intelligent systems.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, fine-tune, and evaluate LLM-based models (e.g., OpenAI, Hugging Face Transformers).
- Assist in prompt engineering, context design, and model optimization tasks.
- Collaborate with data scientists to preprocess and analyze structured/unstructured data for model training and evaluation.
- Support the integration of LLMs into applications and workflows via APIs or custom-built pipelines.
- Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering for ML model support.
- Work on NLP tasks such as text classification, summarization, question answering, and named entity recognition (NER).
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in generative AI, LLMs, and MLOps best practices.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI/ML, or a related field.
- 35 years of experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or NLP projects.
- Hands-on experience with Python, and ML libraries like TensorFlow, PyTorch, or scikit-learn.
- Experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT, BERT, T5) and libraries like Hugging Face Transformers.
- Proficient in working with large datasets using tools like Pandas, NumPy, and SQL.
- Experience with REST APIs and integrating ML models into applications.
- Familiarity with MLOps tools like MLflow, Docker, or FastAPI is a plus.
Preferred Qualifications :
- Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, or Azure) for AI/ML deployments.
- Understanding of vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Pinecone) and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) concepts.
- Good problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
