Job Description :

- 5+ years of experience supporting a 3PL in a live warehouse/distribution center environment (e.g., Manhattan, Blue Yonder/JDA, FDM4 or similar).

- Solid understanding of core warehouse operations and order journey: receiving, put-away, replenishment, wave planning, picking, packing, shipping, and cycle counting.

- Experience with 3PL WMS integrations to OMS, TMS, or ERP systems and understanding of interface/event-driven data flows (e.g., EDI, APIs, message queues).

- Working knowledge of SQL for data investigation and reporting (able to write and modify queries independently).

- Demonstrated ability to work directly with warehouse floor staff and translate operational issues into clear, actionable system requirements.

- Strong communication skills - able to explain technical issues to non-technical operations staff and operational context to technical teams.

- Experience supporting peak-season volume events (e.g., holiday retail surge).
