About the Role :

Lenskart is seeking an experienced D365 Technical Consultant (Finance & Operations) to join our Enterprise Applications team. The ideal candidate brings strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations, with hands-on experience across development, customization, implementation, and support.

Key Responsibilities :

- Develop, customize, and maintain Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations applications.

- Design, develop, and enhance custom modules, forms, reports, workflows, integrations, and extensions using X++.

- Analyze business requirements and translate them into robust technical solutions.

- Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve application issues, performance bottlenecks, and system defects.

- Support ERP implementation, upgrade, and migration initiatives across AX 2009, AX 2012, AX 2012 R3, and D365 F&O.

- Collaborate with functional consultants, business stakeholders, and external partners.

- Develop and maintain integrations with internal and third-party applications.

- Perform code reviews, testing, deployment activities, and technical documentation.

- Ensure adherence to Microsoft best practices and development standards.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 4+ years of hands-on experience in Microsoft Dynamics AX and D365 Finance & Operations.

- Strong implementation and development experience across AX 2009, AX 2012, AX 2012 R3, and D365 F&O.

- Strong expertise in X++ programming, customization, and extension development.

- Experience developing custom modules, SSRS reports, workflows, forms, and integrations.

- Good understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and support processes.

- Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause analysis skills.

- Experience with data migration, system upgrades, deployment, and release management.

- Familiarity with SQL Server, APIs, OData, and integration frameworks.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications :

- Experience with Azure services, Azure DevOps, and Power Platform.

- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices for D365 environments.

- Exposure to Retail, Supply Chain, Finance, Manufacturing, or omni-channel business processes.

- Experience with integrations involving external applications and middleware platforms.

- Microsoft Dynamics certifications are an added advantage.
