Role Overview :

The AI Product Manager is a new role and the first of its kind at our company. You will have the opportunity to help chart our AI strategy by working with our stakeholders to define the problems we are solving with AI. You will design the specifications and data AI programmers need to deploy AI products. To succeed you must become an expert in AI and in our business domain.

Must haves :

- 3+ years of experience in product management, with demonstrated ability to launch and manage new product releases.

- Proven experience developing and managing training, validation, and test data sets, as well as performing gap analysis on existing data and identifying new data sources.

- Ability to work with executives and business line stakeholders to define problems, help prioritize and rank solutions, and develop business cases.

- Proficiency in developing AI product roadmaps and timelines.

- Experience helping stakeholders productionize the results of AI products.

- Strong UX, technical, analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.

- Proficiency with software development methodologies such as Agile and experience working with Scrum teams.

- Ability to synthesize requirements into a common set of platform and services capabilities, writing clear, thorough, and detailed user stories for complex features.

- Advanced proficiency in the use of MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, Project, and SharePoint).

- Ability to liaise with other business units, product leaders, engineering, and other applicable groups to ensure flawless execution.

- Ability to provide status, action plans, and recommendations to senior leadership on an ongoing basis.

Good to have :

- Experience in and/or significant exposure to the payments industry specifically within new applications, Fraud Risk, Identity Risk, or Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning.

- Experience in financial services and payments.

- Working knowledge of Agile tools such as CA Central (Rally), Confluence Wiki, Tableau, and JIRA.

Qualification & Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related technical field or commensurate work experience.

- Flexible and creative thinker with the ability to define business trade-offs.

- Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
