About the role :
Were seeking a hands-on Salesforce Admin to take ownership of a high-impact, post-migration CRM environment. Following our transition from Trident + HubSpot to Salesforce Sales Cloud + MCAE (April 2026), the external implementation partner has exited leaving behind a young org with known defects, incomplete builds, and no vendor backstop.
This is not a maintenance role. This is a triage-and-stabilise mandate.
You will operate at the intersection of business urgency and system clarity, supporting three key segments Institutional (ICG), VIP, and PWS while navigating a near real-time sync with Trident (our upstream source of truth). Many perceived Salesforce issues originate outside Salesforce knowing that boundary is critical to success.
What Youll Own :
- End-to-end ownership of the ask-salesforce queue
- Diagnose and resolve admin requests, data issues, and system behaviour queries
- Triage and route non-Salesforce issues (sync engine, data model, MCAE) with clear root-cause analysis
- Enable users to reduce repeat tickets through guidance and documentation
- Re-prioritise incoming requests based on real business impact (not perceived urgency)
Workload Snapshot :
- Data hygiene & record management (35%) dedupe, merge, ownership fixes
- Access & provisioning (20%) licenses, Okta, permissions
- Configuration (20%) objects, fields, stages, forecasting
- Lead routing & SLA issues (1015%)
- Bugs & automation conflicts (1015%)
- Integrations & enablement (20%) Zoom, Gmail, connectors, usage queries
Must-Have :
- Salesforce Admin Certification (ADM 201) or equivalent experience
- 2+ years managing a live Sales Cloud environment
- Strong declarative skills : objects, fields, validation rules, layouts
- Automation expertise : Flows, assignment rules, order-of-execution awareness
- User & access management : roles, profiles, permission sets, OWD
- Data management : deduplication, bulk updates, root-cause diagnosis
- Strong troubleshooting mindset and clear communication with business users
Strongly Preferred :
- Experience with upstream system sync (critical for this role)
- Okta / SSO provisioning experience
- Integration troubleshooting (OAuth, connected apps)
- Exposure to fintech / financial services environments
- Understanding of lead capture flows (MCAE/B2B marketing automation context)
Nice to Have :
- Platform App Builder / Advanced Admin certifications
- Basic Apex/SOQL reading ability
- Experience with Sales Engagement tools or structured intake processes
- MCAE/Pardot familiarity (not a core requirement)
If you thrive in ambiguity, can separate signal from noise, and enjoy bringing order to complex systems this role is for you.
