Key Responsibilities :
Technical Leadership :
- Lead end-to-end design, development, and implementation of engineering solutions
- Provide technical guidance, code/design reviews, and mentorship to engineers
- Drive best practices in engineering standards, architecture, and documentation
- Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with system and business requirements
Project & Delivery Management :
- Own technical delivery for assigned projects and ensure adherence to timelines, scope, and quality
- Collaborate with project managers to plan resources, milestones, and risk mitigation
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and drive root-cause analysis
- Ensure compliance with internal processes, quality standards, and regulatory requirements
Cross-Functional Collaboration :
- Work closely with Product, QA, Operations, Manufacturing, or Customer teams (based on domain)
- Translate business and functional requirements into technical specifications
- Support customer discussions, technical proposals, and solution presentations
Innovation & Continuous Improvement :
- Evaluate and implement new technologies, tools, and frameworks
- Drive automation, performance optimization, and process improvements
- Contribute to technology roadmaps and long-term engineering strategies
Key Skills & Competencies :
- Strong hands-on experience in core engineering/domain-specific technologies
- Proven ability to lead and mentor engineering teams
- Excellent analytical, debugging, and problem-solving skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Experience working in Agile / Lean / V-Model environments (as applicable)
