We are seeking an experienced Leapwork Test Automation Specialist with strong expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) to design, develop, and execute automated testing solutions using the Leapwork no-code automation platform. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring application quality by building scalable automation frameworks, validating business-critical ERP processes, and supporting continuous delivery through automated testing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, and maintain automated test flows using Leapwork for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.

- Automate functional, regression, integration, and end-to-end business process testing across Finance, Supply Chain, Procurement, Order Management, and related D365 F&O modules.

- Convert manual test cases into reusable, scalable, and maintainable automated test suites.

- Execute regression testing following application enhancements, releases, and Microsoft platform updates to ensure system stability.

- Develop parameterized and data-driven test scenarios using Excel and other data sources to validate multiple business use cases.

- Validate integrations between D365 F&O and external enterprise applications, ensuring accurate end-to-end data processing and transaction integrity.

- Integrate Leapwork automation suites with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines to support continuous testing and automated deployments.

- Monitor test execution, analyze failures, identify root causes, and collaborate with functional consultants, developers, and QA teams to resolve defects.

- Prepare test execution reports, automation metrics, and quality dashboards for project stakeholders.

- Continuously enhance automation coverage, reusable components, and testing best practices to improve testing efficiency and quality.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- 6-10 years of experience in Software Testing and Test Automation.

- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Leapwork automation.

- Strong experience testing Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) applications.

- Expertise in functional testing, regression testing, integration testing, and end-to-end ERP testing.

- Experience creating reusable automation components and scalable test libraries using Leapwork.

- Hands-on experience with data-driven testing methodologies.

- Experience integrating automated testing with Azure DevOps and CI/CD pipelines.

- Good understanding of ERP business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Order Management, or related modules.

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and defect management skills.

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills with cross-functional teams.
