Lead Zuora Analyst

Job Description :

We are seeking an experienced Zuora Professional to join our team, with a strong background in Zuora Billing, Rev Pro, Revenue, and related technologies. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Salesforce CPQ, QA, NetSuite, integrations, production support, billing, revenue recognition, automation, release management, and stakeholder collaboration.

About the Role :

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing expert-level support and guidance on Zuora implementations, integrations, and production support. This is a senior role that requires strong technical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to collaborate with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide expertise in Zuora Billing, Rev Pro, Revenue, and related technologies

- Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and provide solutions

- Develop and implement automation scripts to improve efficiency

- Manage release management and production support

- Work with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and improve processes

Required Skills :

- Strong expertise in Zuora Billing, Rev Pro, Revenue

- Experience with Salesforce CPQ, QA, NetSuite, and integrations

- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
