Job Description:

We are seeking a Lead Zuora Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Zuora CPQ and Zuora RevPro to manage the end-to-end subscription lifecycle, including quoting, billing, and revenue recognition. This role requires close collaboration with Finance, Sales, and IT teams to streamline quote-to-cash processes and ensure compliance with ASC 606 accounting standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Configure and manage Zuora CPQ for pricing, quoting, and product catalog

- Implement and support Zuora RevPro for automated revenue recognition

- Ensure accurate revenue reporting and compliance with ASC 606

- Integrate CPQ, Billing, and RevPro workflows for seamless operations

- Work with cross-functional teams to improve quote-to-revenue processes

- Perform reconciliation, reporting, and handle system-related issues

- Maintain documentation and support system enhancements/upgrades

Required Skills:

- Strong hands-on experience with Zuora CPQ and RevPro

- Good understanding of revenue recognition (ASC 606)

- Experience in subscription billing and pricing models

- Exposure to integrations with Salesforce, ERP, and billing systems

- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
