Role Overview :

As the Lead - UX Designer at Spectraforce Technologies, you will be responsible for leading the UX design efforts for our key clients, ensuring intuitive and engaging user experiences across various digital platforms. You will collaborate closely with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into user-centered designs. Your work will directly impact user satisfaction, product adoption, and ultimately, our clients' business success.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead UX design projects from concept to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs.

- Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.

- Develop user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of UX design into the product development process.

- Establish and maintain UX design standards and best practices across the organization.

- Mentor and guide junior UX designers, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

- Advocate for user-centered design principles throughout the organization.

- Analyze user feedback and data to identify areas for improvement and iterate on designs.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to lead UX design projects and deliver exceptional user experiences.

- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies.

- Proficiency in UX research techniques, including user interviews, surveys, and usability testing.

- Expertise in creating wireframes, prototypes, and user flows using industry-standard prototyping tools.

- Excellent communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.

- Deep understanding of mobile UX and responsive design principles.

- Ability to develop and implement UX strategy.

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field.
