Lead UX Designer

We are looking for a highly experienced and creative Lead UX Designer to drive the user experience strategy and design execution for our digital products.

In this role, you will lead user-centered design efforts, mentor junior designers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and ensure the delivery of seamless, intuitive, and visually compelling user experiences across platforms.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and champion the UX vision aligned with business and user goals.

- Lead the end-to-end UX design process from research and ideation to final design.

- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Engineers, and Stakeholders to influence product strategy through the lens of design.

- Ensure a consistent and scalable design system across all platforms and touchpoints.

- Advocate for user-centered design practices and promote a design-first culture within the organization.

- Translate user needs and business requirements into elegant, intuitive, and innovative user interfaces.

- Create wireframes, interactive prototypes, user flows, and high-fidelity UI designs.

- Conduct and synthesize UX research (e.g., user interviews, usability testing, heuristic evaluations).

- Present design concepts and clearly articulate design decisions to stakeholders at all levels.

- Collaborate with UI/Visual designers to ensure final products meet brand and usability standards.

- Mentor and guide junior UX/UI designers, fostering skill development and creative excellence.

- Participate in hiring, performance reviews, and skill-building sessions.

- Foster cross-functional collaboration with engineering, QA, marketing, and content teams.

Must-Have Skills & Experience :

- 6+ years of experience in UX design for web and mobile products

- Proven ability to lead UX efforts across multiple projects or products

- Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, InVision, Axure

- Deep understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards

- Experience in conducting and synthesizing user research and usability testing

- Strong portfolio showcasing UX case studies with measurable impact

- Excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle

- Bachelors or Masters in Design, HCI, Interaction Design, or a related field

Nice to Have :

- Experience working with design systems

- Understanding of HTML/CSS/JavaScript for better collaboration with developers

- Experience in B2B SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or other domain-specific UX challenges

- Knowledge of UX writing, content strategy, or motion design
