Job Responsibilities :

- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms.

- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups.

- Develop user journeys, personas, and interaction flows.

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency.

- Present and defend your design decisions.

- All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i. color theory, visual weight, etc.).

- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides.

- Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry's standards.

- Be a great team player, experienced in working with agile teams.

Required Skills:

- Proven 5+ years of experience UI/UX design.

- Proficiency in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

- Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX projects and design thinking.

- Strong design sense and in-depth knowledge of current mobile and web standards.

- Hands-on experience creating wireframes, prototypes, storyboards, user flows, etc.

- Basic understanding of front-end languages: HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript.

- Should have multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks.

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills.

- Be open to receiving objective criticism and improving upon it.

Minimum Educational Qualification:

- Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field or Diploma in Design, Computer Science / IT with relevant hands-on experience or Equivalent practical experience or certifications in software development (for fresher or self-taught candidates).
