Job Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end UI/UX design across web and mobile platforms

- Define and execute BelleVie's design vision, strategy, and standards

- Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a strong design culture

- Collaborate with product, engineering, and leadership teams to align on user experience goals

- Build, maintain, and scale design systems and component libraries

- Design intuitive and aesthetically pleasing user interfaces for web and mobile platforms

- Create wireframes, prototypes and high-fidelity mockups

- Develop user journeys, personas, and interaction flows

- Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve designs

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design feasibility and consistency

- Present and defend your design decisions.

- All your design decisions should be based on the overall design roadmap as well as your own design thinking and fundamental principles (i.e. color theory, visual weight, etc.)

- Maintain and evolve design systems and style guides

- Continually keep yourself and your design team updated with the latest changes in your industry's standards.

Required :

- Proven 8+ years of experience UI/UX design with leadership experience

- Expertise in tools like Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar

- Strong portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking and high-quality execution

- Deep understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and usability

- Strong communication, presentation, and decision-making skills

- Strong problem-solving skills
