Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Pega Lead System Architect (LSA) to lead the end-to-end architecture and technical design of enterprise Pega solutions. The role requires strong expertise in Pega Constellation, Cosmos React, DX APIs, integrations, case management, data modeling, security, and scalable architecture. The candidate will work closely with business, engineering, and frontend teams to deliver secure, scalable, and future-ready Pega solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the overall solution architecture for Pega applications using Pega Constellation and Cosmos React.

- Define and govern architecture using Pega DX APIs for headless and omnichannel user interfaces.

- Own architectural decisions across case management, data modeling, integrations, security, performance, and scalability.

- Ensure solutions adhere to Pega guardrails, best practices, and enterprise architecture standards.

- Lead modernization initiatives, including migration from traditional Section-based UI to Constellation where applicable.

- Design and govern integrations using DX APIs, REST, SOAP, JMS, and database connectors.

- Collaborate with frontend teams using React/Angular to consume DX APIs.

- Define API contracts, data payloads, integration patterns, and service interfaces.

- Troubleshoot complex architecture, integration, performance, and scalability issues.

- Provide technical direction to Pega developers and ensure consistent implementation of architectural standards.

- Review technical designs, identify risks, and recommend scalable and maintainable solutions.

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and engineering teams throughout the solution lifecycle.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 10 - 15 years of experience in Pega development and solution architecture, with significant experience in a Lead System Architect (LSA) capacity.

- Strong hands-on expertise in Pega Constellation and Cosmos React.

- Deep understanding of Pega DX APIs and headless/omnichannel application architecture.

- Strong experience with REST, SOAP, JMS, and database integrations.

- Good understanding of Pega case management, data modeling, security, performance, and scalability.

- Experience working with React/Angular and frontend applications consuming APIs.

- Strong understanding of Pega guardrails and enterprise architecture best practices.

- Experience in Pega UI modernization and migration to Constellation.

- Strong architectural, analytical, troubleshooting, and stakeholder-management skills.

- Ability to provide technical leadership and guide development teams on complex Pega implementations.
