Lead System Architect - Pega Applications

Job Description :

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead end-to-end architecture, design, and implementation of Pega applications

- Define solution architecture and ensure alignment with business requirements

- Guide and mentor development teams on Pega best practices

- Perform design reviews, guardrail compliance, and performance tuning

- Collaborate with business stakeholders, QA, and DevOps teams

- Ensure scalable, secure, and high-performance Pega solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Pega LSA certification (mandatory)

- Strong experience in Pega PRPC, Case Management, Integrations, and Decisioning

- Hands-on experience with Pega 8.x / Infinity

- Good knowledge of REST/SOAP integrations, performance optimization, and deployment

- Excellent communication and leadership skills
