Role : Lead Support Analyst Asia Trading Operations (ATO)

Location : Powai, Mumbai

Experience : 7 - 10 years

We are hiring an experienced Lead Support Analyst to join the Asia Trading Operations Support team. This is a hands-on, high-ownership, front-office facing role supporting APAC trading desks and mission-critical trading systems.

Role Overview :

- First-line support for APAC electronic trading and front-office applications

- Direct engagement with traders, internal stakeholders, exchanges, and external clients

- Ownership of incidents from identification through resolution in a live trading environment

- Proactive monitoring to ensure high availability, stability, and performance of trading systems

Mandatory Skills & Experience (Non-Negotiable) :

- Investment Banking domain experience with strong understanding of Equity Capital Markets

- Prior Trading Systems / Front Office Trading Support experience

- Experience supporting Order Management Systems (OMS) and exchange connectivity

- Strong knowledge of FIX protocol and troubleshooting FIX-related issues

- Unix/Linux expertise (file handling, monitoring, scheduling, troubleshooting)

- Basic scripting (Shell or Python)

- Basic SQL

- Experience with ticketing tools (e.g., JIRA)

- Ability to operate in a high-pressure, real-time trading environment with minimal supervision

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills (trading desk-facing role)

Key Responsibilities :

- Provide highly responsive technical and functional support to front-office users

- Monitor, troubleshoot, and resolve front-end and back-end trading system issues

- Proactively identify system risks and performance bottlenecks

- Coordinate with development, IT, and business teams for releases, upgrades, and issue resolution

- Support regulatory, control, and data-related requests

- Ensure high service availability for business-critical trading platforms

Desirable Skills :

- Exposure to market data systems (Bloomberg, Refinitiv)

- Experience with job scheduling tools (Autosys, crontab)

- Prior experience in automation of support processes

- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and multitasking capabilities

Education : B.E. / B.Tech / M.Tech / MCA (mandatory)

Work Schedule : Monday to Friday : 7 : 00 AM 4 : 00 PM IST

- Weekend support : Saturday (twice a month) with compensatory off
