Role Overview :

As the Lead Solutions Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing robust, scalable, and secure solutions for our clients, leveraging both on-premise and cloud-based technologies. You will work closely with clients, project managers, and development teams to understand business requirements, define architectural blueprints, and ensure successful project delivery. This role requires a deep understanding of system architecture, cloud computing, and infrastructure management, with a focus on Kubernetes and cloud-native technologies. Your expertise will directly impact the success of our projects and the satisfaction of our clients.

Key Responsibilities :

- Define and document solution architectures that align with client business requirements and industry best practices.

- Lead the design and implementation of complex IT solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.

- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.

- Evaluate and recommend appropriate technologies and platforms to meet client needs.

- Collaborate with clients to understand their business challenges and propose innovative solutions.

- Oversee the configuration and deployment of applications and infrastructure in both on-premise and cloud environments.

- Ensure compliance with security standards and regulatory requirements in all solution designs.

- Drive the adoption of cloud-native technologies, such as Kubernetes and containerization, to improve efficiency and agility.

- Conduct technical assessments and provide recommendations for improving existing systems and infrastructure.

- Develop and maintain architectural standards, guidelines, and best practices.

Required Skillset :

- Demonstrated ability to design and implement complex IT solutions using a variety of technologies and platforms.

- Proven expertise in cloud architecture, including experience with AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Strong understanding of Kubernetes and containerization technologies.

- Experience with on-premise infrastructure design and management.

- Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Experience in a professional services or consulting environment is highly desirable.

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or a related field.

- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

- 10-12 years of experience in Solution Architecture, Technical Architecture, or related roles.
