Job Description :

Experience :

- 1215+ years of demonstrated work experience in ERP technologies with 10+ years in Dynamics 365 F&O/AX in ERP/CRM technical development.

- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect in at least 8 full-cycle D365 F&O / D365 CE implementations.

Dynamics 365 CE :

Software Development :

- Proven experience as a Technical Lead or Solution Architect in at least 8 full cycle Dynamics 365 CE implementations.

- Hands on expertise with CRM workflows, plug ins, Power Platform integrations, and customization of CE entities.

- Advanced proficiency in Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Functions, API Management) and Power

Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI).

- Skilled in front end frameworks such as React and Angular for custom UI development.

- Provides consulting on upgrade safe customizations and extensibility frameworks.

Software Development Life Cycle :

- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile/Scrum, and SAFe methodologies.

- Exposure to PI planning, sprint execution, and DevOps practices.

- Interprets product development plans and functional documentation, ensuring alignment with business goals.

- Applies performance tuning strategies and continuous improvement practices.

Software Integration Engineering :

- Skilled in integration strategies between CE, F&O, Power Platform, Azure services, and third party ISVs.

- Designs and implements integrations using :

1. OData

2. REST / SOAP APIs

3. DMF / Data Management Framework

4. Azure Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory

5. Dual Write

- Experienced in aligning CE with ERP and legacy systems for seamless data exchange.

- Supports ETL processes and data migration strategies, acting as the primary technical SPOC.

D365 F&O :

Software Development :

- Deep hands?on experience with Dynamics 365 F&O modules (Finance, Supply Chain, Project Operations), with a proven track record of leading large's cale enterprise software projects.

- Expert level knowledge of X++ and .NET (C#), with strong understanding of D365 F&O layered architecture, Data Entities, and OData/REST APIs.

- Provides consulting on developer workbench tools and upgrade safe customizations.

Software Development Life Cycle :

- Describes similarities and differences between life cycle for new product development vs. new release.

- Works with formal life cycle methodologies, agile practices, and performance tuning strategies.

- Interprets product development plans and functional documentation, ensuring alignment with business goals.

Software Integration Engineering :

- Skilled in integration strategies between F&O, CE, third party apps, and legacy systems.

- Designs and implements data exchange interfaces using OData, APIs, and Azure services (Logic Apps, Service Bus, Data Factory).

- Experienced with Common Data Services (Dual Write) for integration with Dynamics 365 Sales, Field Service, and Project Operations.

- Describes tools and techniques for extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of electronic data.
