Role : AS/400 Lead/Sr. Developer

Primary skills - Must to have :

- 4+ years of experience in RPG development, including RPG IV, RPG ILE, and Free Format RPG.

- Strong hands-on experience with IBM i (AS/400, iSeries) platforms.

- Proficiency in CL, DDS, DB2/400, and service programs/modules.

- Strong analytical and problem solving skills to address complex software programming issues.

- Ability to work independently and drive development in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong communication skills and experience working with cross-functional teams.

- Experience with modernization tools like Visual Studio Code, RDi, Implementer, SQL, APIs, web services on IBM i, and AI.

- Familiarity with Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe)/Scrum/Kanban frameworks.

- Exposure to e-Commerce, Retail, Logistics domains.

Secondary skills - Desired to have :

- Background in Supply Chain or Warehouse Management Systems (WMS).

- Solid experience with EDI, APIs, and integrations between RPG-based and external systems as well as usage of JSON.
