Role Overview :

We are hiring a Lead/Senior AI/ML Engineer to design and deploy scalable AI/ML and Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications and RAG pipelines.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead development of AI/ML and Generative AI solutions

- Design and deploy LLM-based applications (RAG, chatbots, AI agents)

- Build and optimize models across NLP, CV, and multimodal AI

- Develop MLOps pipelines and manage AI infrastructure on cloud

- Mentor team members and collaborate with stakeholders

Required Skills :

- 610 years in AI/ML development

- Strong in Generative AI, LLMs, RAG, prompt engineering

- Proficient in Python, PyTorch / TensorFlow / Keras

- Experience with LangChain / LlamaIndex

- Hands-on with AWS / Azure / GCP and MLOps

- Knowledge of vector databases (FAISS, Pinecone, etc.)

Good to Have :

- Multimodal AI experience

- Docker, Kubernetes, model serving

- Distributed AI systems
