Role Overview:

We are seeking a seasoned Lead - SAP MM to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives in Nigeria. In this strategic leadership role, you will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of SAP Materials Management solutions, ensuring seamless integration across complex supply chain landscapes. You will act as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, translating intricate operational requirements into robust SAP S/4 HANA architectures. By driving large-scale implementations and optimizing logistics processes, you will directly influence supply chain efficiency, inventory accuracy, and overall business agility for our regional operations. This role demands a visionary leader capable of navigating high-stakes environments while mentoring cross-functional teams to achieve operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

- Direct large-scale SAP S/4 HANA implementations and RISE with SAP migrations to ensure business continuity and technological modernization.

- Architect and configure complex logistics scenarios including Subcontracting, Consignment, and Stock Transport Orders to streamline cross-border material movements.

- Optimize inventory management frameworks by implementing rigorous Cycle Counting protocols and refining Movement Types to enhance data integrity and stock visibility.

- Lead cross-functional workshops with senior stakeholders to align SAP integration strategies with long-term business objectives and regional regulatory requirements.

- Oversee the end-to-end testing and deployment phases of SAP projects, ensuring all deliverables meet global quality standards and performance benchmarks.

- Mentor and guide junior functional consultants, fostering a culture of technical excellence and proactive problem-solving within the SAP practice.

Required Skillset:

- Possess 18 - 24 years of extensive experience in SAP MM and SAP Logistics, with a proven track record of leading complex, multi-site implementations.

- Demonstrate deep functional expertise in SAP S/4 HANA, SAP RISE, and seamless integration with peripheral modules to support end-to-end supply chain processes.

- Exhibit exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence executive leadership and navigate diverse cultural work environments in Nigeria.

- Maintain a strategic mindset toward process re-engineering, specifically in managing complex procurement, inventory, and distribution workflows.

- Hold a relevant degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration, complemented by a history of delivering high-impact digital transformation projects.

- Demonstrate high adaptability to on-site work environments, maintaining a hands-on approach to troubleshooting and project governance in a fast-paced, evolving market.
