- Establish and optimize unified Sales & Operations Planning matrices, ensuring alignment between financial targets and operational capacity.
- HANA Ecosystem Integration : Ensure seamless, high-speed data integration of SAP HANA-based solutions (such as S/4HANA or SAP BW/4HANA) within the overall enterprise architecture using CPI-DS (Cloud Integration for Data Services) or Smart Data Integration (SDI).
- Demand Planning (DP) : Configure demand sensing, statistical forecasting, and promotional planning models to improve forecast accuracy.
- Supply & Response / Supply Network Planning (SNP) : Architect supply network models, master production scheduling, and capacity constraints using heuristic or optimizer algorithms.
- Inventory & Control Tower : (Optional/Plus) Define safety stock optimization models and establish end-to-end supply chain visibility dashboards via the IBP Control Tower.
- Trusted Advisor : Build and nurture strong, long-term relationships with C-level executives and key stakeholders through clear, articulate communication.
- Change Management : Conduct workshop sessions, demonstrate standard SAP IBP capabilities, and lead change-management efforts to drive user adoption of new tools and processes.
Qualifications & Skills :
Required Technical Expertise :
- Experience : 7+ years of SAP Supply Chain management experience, with a minimum of 2-3 full-lifecycle implementations specifically in SAP IBP.
- Module Mastery : Deep, hands-on configuration experience across SAP IBP modules, including S&OP, Demand, Supply, and Response.
- Integration Knowledge : Proven expertise in integrating SAP IBP with core ERP systems (SAP ECC or S/4HANA) utilizing CPI-DS, SDI, or SAP PI/PO.
- Analytical Engine : Strong understanding of Excel Add-In configuration, advanced planning layouts, and Web UI dashboard management in IBP.
Soft Skills & Leadership :
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and advisory skills.
- Proven ability to lead, mentor, and guide junior consultants and technical developers.
