Role Overview :

We are seeking a seasoned Lead SAP Fiori Consultant to spearhead our digital transformation initiatives in Nigeria. In this strategic leadership role, you will architect, design, and deploy high-performance SAP Fiori applications that redefine the user experience for our enterprise clients.

You will act as the primary bridge between complex business requirements and technical execution, collaborating closely with cross-functional stakeholders, project managers, and global delivery teams.

By leveraging your deep expertise in the SAP ecosystem, you will drive the modernization of business processes, ensuring our solutions are scalable, intuitive, and aligned with the latest S/4HANA standards to deliver measurable business value and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities :

- Architect and oversee the end-to-end development of SAP Fiori applications to ensure seamless integration with S/4HANA environments for our enterprise clients.

- Lead the design and implementation of OData services and CDS views to optimize data retrieval and enhance system performance across complex business modules.

- Mentor and guide technical teams in developing responsive UI5 interfaces, ensuring code quality and adherence to industry-standard design patterns.

- Manage the configuration and deployment of the SAP Fiori Launchpad and SAP BTP services to provide a unified and secure user experience.

- Collaborate with functional consultants and business process owners to translate intricate requirements into robust technical specifications that drive digital adoption.

- Drive the migration and modernization of legacy WebDynpro applications to Fiori, ensuring minimal disruption to critical business operations.

- Oversee the development of AMDPs and backend logic to ensure high-speed data processing and efficient system architecture.

Required Skillset:

- Demonstrated mastery in SAP Fiori, SAP UI5, and OData development, with a proven track record of delivering complex enterprise-level projects over 18 - 22 years.

- Expert-level proficiency in front-end technologies including JavaScript, CSS3, and HTML5 to create highly intuitive and user-centric interfaces.

- Extensive experience in SAP S/4HANA environments, utilizing SAP Gateway, CDS Views, and AMDPs to build scalable backend solutions.

- Proven ability to navigate and configure SAP BTP and SAP BAS, ensuring modern development workflows and cloud-native application deployment.

- Exceptional leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and mentor large, diverse technical teams across global time zones.

- Strong analytical mindset to troubleshoot complex system issues and provide innovative solutions that align with long-term business objectives.

- Adaptability to work in a dynamic, on-site environment in Nigeria, maintaining high standards of delivery while managing cross-cultural team dynamics.

- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, complemented by relevant SAP certifications.
