Job Description :

We are looking for an experienced Lead SAP EWM Consultant with strong functional expertise in SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) on S/4HANA.

The candidate will lead solution design, configuration, implementation, and integration activities while working closely with business stakeholders and technical teams to deliver effective warehouse management solutions.

Mandatory Requirement : Hands-on experience with S/4HANA Embedded EWM.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP EWM implementation, rollout, enhancement, and support activities.

- Drive solution design and configuration for inbound/outbound processes, putaway, picking, and warehouse movements.

- Manage warehouse structure, storage types, storage bins, warehouse tasks, warehouse orders, and wave management.

- Oversee configuration of Handling Unit (HU) management, RF framework, physical inventory, and yard management.

- Manage EWM master data configuration, including products, packaging specifications, resources, and work centers.

- Lead integration activities between SAP EWM and SAP MM, SD, PP, and TM.

- Conduct business workshops, gather requirements, and translate them into functional solutions.

- Prepare functional specifications and coordinate with ABAP teams for custom developments.

- Lead unit testing, integration testing, UAT, defect resolution, and production support.

- Troubleshoot complex functional issues and support go-live and post-implementation stabilization.

- Coordinate with business stakeholders and cross-functional teams to optimize warehouse processes.

- Guide team members and ensure quality and consistency across configuration and implementation activities.

Required Skills :

- 8 - 10 years of relevant SAP EWM experience.

- Strong hands-on expertise in SAP S/4HANA Embedded EWM.

- Strong experience in end-to-end SAP EWM implementation and configuration.

- In-depth knowledge of inbound/outbound processes, putaway, picking, HU management, RF transactions, and physical inventory.

- Experience in warehouse management solution design and integration with SAP MM, SD, PP, or TM.

- Ability to independently manage functional design, configuration, integration, and testing.

- Experience working directly with business stakeholders and leading functional discussions.

- Strong analytical, communication, problem-solving, and team coordination skills.
