Job Title : Lead SAP ABAP Developer

Location : Lagos, Nigeria

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead SAP ABAP development initiatives across FI, MM, CO, SD, and PP modules.

- Oversee design, development, and review of custom reports, interfaces, enhancements, forms, and workflows.

- Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.

- Ensure code quality, adherence to SAP standards, and performance optimization.

- Manage ABAP development for S/4HANA and SAP HANA Rise projects.

- Guide team members in debugging, version control, and transport management.

- Contribute to end-to-end implementation, rollout, and support projects.

Technical Skills :

- Expertise in ABAP Objects, ALV, BAPI, BADI, Enhancements, User Exits.

- Strong in OData, CDS Views, and ABAP on HANA optimization.

- Experience with cross-module interfaces and data migration.

- Knowledge of SAP Fiori integration and SAP Gateway services.

Qualification : B.Tech / MCA / BE or equivalent.

Experience :

- 15+ years in SAP ABAP with at least 5+ years in a lead role.

- Hands-on S/4HANA & SAP HANA Rise development.

- Implementation, rollout, and support project experience.
