About the Role :

We are looking for an experienced and highly motivated Lead Salesforce Developer to join our growing technology team. You will lead the design, development, and implementation of customized solutions within the Salesforce platform, primarily using Apex, Triggers, and declarative tools. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud, and a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and modern development methodologies.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead the technical design and development of scalable, high-quality Salesforce solutions.

- Develop and maintain complex Apex classes, Triggers, Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Flows.

- Implement and customize Salesforce Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud to meet business requirements.

- Participate in the full software development lifecycle (SDLC), including requirement analysis, design, coding, testing, and deployment.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including admins, business analysts, QA, and project managers.

- Review and optimize existing code and configurations to improve performance and scalability.

- Mentor junior developers and conduct code reviews.

- Manage deployments and integrations using tools like Change Sets, VS Code with Salesforce CLI, and CI/CD pipelines (e.g., Copado, Gearset).

- Stay up to date with Salesforce releases and features, providing guidance on best practices and new capabilities.

Required Skills and Experience :

- 8+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.

- Strong expertise in Apex, Triggers, SOQL, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

- Proven experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.

- Deep understanding of Salesforce architecture, governor limits, and data model.

- Experience with REST/SOAP API integrations and third-party system integrations.

- Solid understanding of DevOps practices and deployment tools.

- Experience leading technical projects and mentoring developers.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- Salesforce Platform Developer I & II certifications.

- Salesforce Administrator or Consultant certifications (Service/Sales Cloud).

- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.

- Familiarity with Jira, Git, and CI/CD tools.

- Experience with Salesforce DX.
