Lead Salesforce Developer - Apex/LWC

Job Summary :

We are seeking a Lead Salesforce Developer to drive technical delivery, solution design, and development across Salesforce platforms. This role involves hands-on development, technical leadership, and integration with enterprise systems to build scalable and high-performing solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

Technical Leadership :

- Lead Salesforce development initiatives across multiple projects

- Define and maintain development standards, coding practices, and architecture guidelines

- Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to performance, scalability, and security standards

- Mentor and support developers and team members

Salesforce Development :

- Design and develop solutions using :

a. Apex (Triggers, Classes, Batch, Queueable, Future)

b. Lightning Web Components (LWC)

c. Flows and Platform Events

- Implement complex business logic and optimize system performance

- Ensure efficient use of governor limits and data processing

Enterprise Integrations :

- Work with APIs (REST/SOAP), authentication methods, and error handling frameworks

- Implement scalable integration patterns, including asynchronous and event-driven approaches

Solution Design & Architecture :

- Translate business requirements into technical solutions

- Prepare technical documentation and architecture diagrams

- Provide effort estimates and identify potential risks

DevOps & Release Management :

- Support CI/CD processes and deployment best practices

- Maintain version control and release governance

- Ensure testing and deployment quality standards

Required Skills & Experience :

- Strong hands-on experience with Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC)

- Experience with SOQL/SOSL, data modeling, and performance optimization

- Strong understanding of Salesforce security and sharing models

- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems using APIs

- Familiarity with ERP integrations (e.g., NetSuite or similar systems)

- Experience with cloud platforms or services (AWS or similar) is an advantage

- Strong problem-solving and communication skills

Preferred Qualifications :

Salesforce certifications such as :

- Platform Developer I

- Platform Developer II

- Application or System Architect

- Experience with Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, or Experience Cloud

- Familiarity with DevOps tools such as GitHub, Azure DevOps, or similar

- Experience working in enterprise-scale Salesforce environments
